Glastonbury Construction has been set up as the major works arm of TEC Construction, and is managed and operated by Mark Rowe and Jonathan Stilwell with many years of quality experience in the refurbishment and new build sectors.
Currently working on the prestigious Millfields development, with an overall estimated contract value in excess of £5 million, the contract involves the careful and sympathetic refurbishment of the existing grade 11 listed MOD buildings into high end apartments with a demanding specification and quality of finish.
We aim to capitalise on the success of winning and delivering such an impressive project by increasing their portfolio with other similar schemes. In particular looking at residential developments, both new build and conversions, which require a similar level of expertise and skill.
Cornwall Council Names Framework Firms.
Cornwall Council has named the line up of contractors for construction projects over the next four years.
FMB member and Glastonbury Constructions sister company TEC Construction is delighted to have been chosen to be included in the line up of contractors and looks forward to working with Cornwall Council over the next four years.
TEC Construction is looking to work with like minded sub contractors in the Cornwall area to assist TEC carry out this work. There will be a variance to suit different types of contractors.
